awareness concerning the potential threat that sex offender's and fugitives pose
to Alabama's citizens, and make information regarding alerts easily accessible.

The Alabama Department of Public Safety has established this site according
to the requirements of the Community Notification Act (Act 2005-301, Effective October 1, 2005).

is only provided for sex offenders classifying as an Adult.
The Alabama Bureau of Investigation updates this information regularly,
however, you are cautioned that the information contained on this site may not reflect
the current residence, status, or other information regarding the offender! If you
