Comments: On Friday, August 15, 1997, Kemberly Ramer was seen at her fathers home in Opp, Alabama at approximately 10:00 P.M. She has clear braces on her teeth and thick eyebrows. A REWARD is being offered by the State of Alabama and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for information on her disappearance. Foul play is suspected. ANYONE HAVING ANY INFORMATION SHOULD CONTACT THE ALABAMA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION CENTER FOR MISSING AND EXPLOITED CHILDREN.
